Cancellation Policy
AcuWellness Atlanta – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1) Scope Applies to all services (acupuncture, massage, wellness consults) booked online, by phone or in person. 2) Rescheduling (no fee) • Free up to 72 hours before your appointment start time • Reschedule via your online account or by calling/emailing us at least 72 hours in advance • Within 72 hours, any change counts as a cancellation (see below) 3) Cancellations • All cancellations incur a $35 cancellation fee • Cancel via your online account or by calling/emailing us; please save your cancellation confirmation 4) No-Shows • No-show = failure to arrive with no notice within 24 hours of start time • Fee = full session price; must be paid before booking again 5) Late Arrivals • Arriving > 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation • > 15 minutes without notice = treated as cancellation (see §3) 6) Emergencies & Exceptions • Genuine emergencies (illness, severe weather, etc.) may waive fees at our discretion • Contact us ASAP to discuss 7) Payments & Refunds • Cancellation and no-show fees are due immediately and must be paid before scheduling future services • Prepaid packages: fee deducted from remaining balance; no additional refunds 8) Policy Changes • We may update this policy at any time; clients will be notified by email and posted notices Contact Phone: (404) 841-9994 Email: acuwellnessatlanta@gmail.com Online: www.acuwellnessatlanta.com/book-online By booking with AcuWellness Atlanta, you agree to these terms.
