Cancellation Policy
AcuWellness Atlanta – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 1) Scope This policy applies to all services, including acupuncture, massage, skincare treatment, therapy sessions, and wellness consultations, whether booked online, by phone, or in person. 2) Rescheduling (No Fee) • Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. • Rescheduling must be completed through your online account or by contacting us via phone or email at least 72 hours in advance. • Any changes made within 72 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. 3) Cancellations • All cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. • Cancellations must be made through your online account or by phone/email; please retain your cancellation confirmation. 4) No-Shows • A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for an appointment without notice within 24 hours of the start time. • No-shows are charged the full session fee, which must be paid before future appointments can be booked. 5) Late Arrivals • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a cancellation. 6) Emergencies & Exceptions • Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of genuine emergencies, such as illness or severe weather. • Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 7) Payments & Refunds • Cancellation and no-show fees are due immediately and must be settled before scheduling future services. • For prepaid packages, applicable fees will be deducted from the remaining balance; no additional refunds will be issued. 8) Policy Updates • This policy may be updated at any time; clients will be notified via email and posted notices.
